Manually Managing Inventory

With Shoppe you can upload new items to use in your Facebook sales.

1. Add some categories

Go to https://shoppewith.me/dashboard/items/categories and add a category for your item.

Click the “Add” button to add a category, then upload your photo, give it a title and then click “Save”.


2. Add new items

Now navigate over to the Items tab, then click the “+ Item” button at the top right. This will open the item upload manager which is where you can add new items in bulk.

Click the “+ Item” button on the top right to open the item uploader.
Drag and drop (or click “Select Images”) to add items to the workspace.

You can either drag-and-drop images onto the workspace or click the “Select Images” button. Once added you are able to enter details about the items. When you’re done, click “Upload Items” at the top middle. Shoppe will process the uploads and let you know when they are done.

3. Updating items

At any point you can come back to the Items page to update your item properties. That includes the title, description, quantity, and much more.

To update items, all you have to do is click on the item, then click the “Edit” button on the top left of the page. Then change the properties and click the “Save” button when you are happy with the changes.

You can also click the settings icon on the item, then click “View Item” to view the item’s detail page, and then change the properties there.

4. Taking items out of stock or removing them

To take items out of stock (set the quantity to 0), simple click the settings icon on an item, then click “Take OOS.”

To delete items, just click the item, then click the red “Delete” button at the top left.
